I decided to use Jeff after our long time insurance agent recommended him. Jeff and I met at the property, and he was receptive to my ideas about listing with him. Immediately, he had additional suggestions about the sale of our unique(difficult to sell) property. We needed repairs, sprucing up and exposure to get the property sold.
