This farm consists of 4 broiler, 40 x 500 houses that is contracted with Koch Foods and all houses are up to date to Koch Foods specifications. Two houses were built in 1992 and two houses were built in 1993. The office building that is 20 x 52 has a full bath, houses the 125 KW Onan generator, and has extra space for storage. There is a compost barn and a stack house barn on the property that is 40 x 80. This farms gross estimated income is +/- $215,000/ year with Class A pay grade and the growth of 9- 9 1/2 lb birds. The farm runs on county water, has a drilled well and a natural spring that runs year around and is also ran on natural gas. Two houses are equipped with Cumberland feeders and two with ChoreTime feeders as well as Lubing drinkers. All houses are solid North walls and curtained South walls- new curtains were put on in 2020. The houses have Rotem controllers, Radiant brooders- brood half, Big Foot heaters in the rear and an alarm system.
